Just a few minutes’ drive from Panzano, Greve and Castellina, our vacation home invites you to discover the region.
The house has been restored with great attention to detail and the comfortable interior offers our guests plenty of space to relax and spend evenings together. The tasteful furnishings are a balance between traditional Tuscan and modern elements.

The tourist tax is charged on the day of arrival for the first 7 nights.

On the typical strada bianca in Tuscany, we recommend a car with adequate ground clearance. Two covered parking spaces are available for your arrival vehicles.
Administration & final cleaning
The property manager lives in the neighborhood. He will welcome you on arrival and will be happy to help you with any problems or urgent emergencies.
Final cleaning is included in the booking price.

The nearest town is Panzano in Chianti and is approx. 6 kilometers away. Panzano is an attractive, medieval town situated on a hill. You will find various facilities here, including a supermarket, various grocery stores, a pharmacy, several cafés and restaurants.
Greve offers a larger selection of stores and restaurants, medical care and a petrol station. There are popular weekly markets in both Panzano and Greve.
Terms and conditions of payment and cancellation
Terms of payment
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the total price plus security deposit is due within 7 days.
The remaining amount must be transferred at the latest 30 days before arrival without further request.
Security deposit
A deposit (EUR 1,000.00) is charged for each booking. This serves as security for any damage or excessive soiling. The deposit will be refunded no later than 14 days after departure, provided there are no complaints.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 60 days before the date of arrival. If canceled from the 59th day before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be charged. In the event of cancellation from 30 days before arrival or in the event of no-show, the total amount (100%) is due. The deposit will be refunded.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
